针对GatlingFinanceQ1阶段1月29日事件，开发团队经过反复论证，听取社区多项建议和提案，现解决方案如下：
一：GatlingFinance重启
经过技术团队再次评估，我们将于2021年2月1日20：00点进行GatlingFinanceV2版本重启，更换GTL代币合约，并且重新提交审计，开放第一版本所有复合功能矿池，原参数比例等不变。
二：V1版本快照&映射
为保证GatlingFinanceV2版本实施可行性，保护V2启动后复合矿池健康运行，排除V1版本潜在隐患因素，现决定将GatlingFinanceV1版本铸造代币GTL在区块高度1659226之前所有账户进行1:1快照，V2版本重新铸币，并于2020-2-1日14点公布GTLV2合约地址并进行映射，作为V2版本唯一功能代币使用，原V1版本代币GTL自公告发布之后与GatlingFinanceV2版本无任何关联。
三：未快照地址申诉
