BBC：元宇宙平台Roblox出现违禁游戏，现已被强制下架:金色财经报道，据BBC消息，元宇宙平台Roblox出现违禁游戏“condos”， 玩家可以在其中谈论违禁话题，化身角色还可以在做一些违禁行为。据悉，这款游戏只维持很短暂的时间，通常不到30分钟，就被人检举或发现而被下架了，Roblox已经表示他将们利用人工和自动化系统随时维护平台规则，一旦发现违规立即下架。但是，Roblox也承认有极少数玩家刻意违规，该公司表示：“我们采取人工加上机器一起来侦测违规行为，每一个上传到Roblox平台的图像、录相和声音档案都会接受安全检验。”

BBC：Meta或因防止元宇宙性骚扰而将玩家化身只显示“上半身”:金色财经报道，据BBC消息，由于此前彭博社科技专栏作者欧尔森（Parmy Olson）在Meta虚拟现实平台遭遇到的“令人毛骨悚然”的亲身经历，Meta之后在“Horizon Worlds”和“Horizon Venues”虚拟现实平台上推出“个人界限”（Personal Boundary）新功能，让使用者在虚拟世界中的化身能拥有更多的个人空间。
据悉，目前Meta虚拟现实的玩家化身都是没有脚的，这可能是技术原因，因为玩家有头戴装置和手套，但没有脚的感应器，但另一个可能原因也是这样就能避免玩家发生涉及“下半身”的问题。研究虚拟现实伦理的剑桥大学人类学家辛格勒（Beth Singler）表示，许多游戏都设置很多关于虚拟化身的规定，包括玩家的化身能够和谁互动，甚至是玩家使用的名称等，都有详细规范，“但过去的经验表明脸书并没有学到网络内容管理的教训，脸书上面仍然可以看到许多不当内容。”[2022/2/12 9:46:27]
