Dai稳定费率全面下调，预期鼓励市场提供更多Dai流动性:金色财经消息，2020年4月17日，Maker基金会风险小组将一项执行投票纳入投票系统，提供ETH及BAT借Dai稳定费率、USDC借Dai稳定费率和Sai稳定费率系列风险参数的调整：
1. 降低ETH及BAT借Dai稳定费率：0.5% => 0%（Dai存款利率相应为0%）；
2. 降低USDC借Dai稳定费率：12% => 8%；
3. 提高Sai稳定费率：8% => 8.5%；
执行投票在2020年4月19日正式通过，并于4小时后自动生效新的风险参数。此政策预期鼓励市场提供更多Dai流动性，保持1美元的价格锚定。[2020/4/22]
