美国比特币矿业公司Stronghold Digital Mining寻求在纳斯达克挂牌上市:数字资产矿商Stronghold Digital Mining已向美国证券交易委员会（SEC）递交首次公开发行（IPO）申请，计划在纳斯达克上市并募资1亿美元。根据招股说明书披露，Stronghold目前运营着大约3000台矿机，总算力约100PH/s，挖矿成本约为2500美元，且已与多个供应商签订最终协议购买了超27300台矿机，总哈希容量逾2600PH/s，其中92%计划于今年内交付（第一批计划于2021年8月交付），其余8%计划于2022年交付。此次IPO发行的大部分收益也将用于再采购27900台矿机，预计到2021年12月总算力将达到约3000PH/s，到2022年12月将超过5300PH/s。
